Go to the My Account screen and click on the Forgotten Password link. Type the email address you use to login to your online account in the space provided and click ‘Submit'. We'll email you your password (this may take up to 2 hours to arrive). If you're expecting an email from us but haven't yet received it, please check your email spam or junk mail folders in case our emails have ended up there by mistake.
If you've entered your password incorrectly more than 3 times, your account will be locked. To unlock your account, please call our Customer Services team on 0800 027 0072 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 1pm ) .
