If you're an Online Energy Service customer, simply login to My Account, click on the ‘Enter meter readings & create a bill' link, enter your current meter reading(s) in the space(s) provided and click ‘Submit'. This will create your new bill.
Remember that you need to save this bill by clicking on ‘Accept Bill' in the bottom right. Alternatively, you can enter new meter readings by clicking on the ‘Amend' button and repeating the process.
Important - you must click on ‘Accept Bill' to save your bill. If you don't, your meter readings will be lost and we will issue an estimated bill. A detailed version of your bill should be available to view in ‘Bill & payment history'' the next day, although this may take up to 3 days.
