I have just switched to ScottishPower, but my old supplier is still taking a Direct Debit payment
Your old supplier may continue to take Direct Debit payments until they've sent your final bill. Once that has been issued, they may take one final payment to clear the remaining balance. You'll usually receive your final bill 4 to 6 weeks after the transfer date. If you have any questions about your final bill from your old supplier, please contact them directly.
