How do I log into my personalised web page (PURL)?
Your PURL is created to guide you through your switchover to ScottishPower. You will find your PURL address in your welcome letters or emails.
To retrieve the log in screen, either click on the link in your welcome email or input your personal website address into the address bar at the top of the screen. PURL addresses cannot be found through a search engine such as Google. To log in you will need your agreement number and postcode. You will find your agreement number on your welcome pack or welcome email.
If you have difficulty accessing your PURL this may be because your computer is behind a firewall. The computer also needs to be set up to accept cookies.
The message "Your personal website is now closed" will appear if you have decided to cancel your account, your account set up has ceased or it is more than 6 months since you began your switchover.
