What happens after I sign up?
We'll contact your existing gas and electricity supplier to try and arrange a transfer date within 4 to 6 weeks. We'll either write to you or if you've signed up to our Online Energy Service email you once the transfer date has been confirmed. We'll also ask you for your current meter reading(s). We'll send you another letter or email, welcoming you to ScottishPower, once the transfer of your energy supply is complete.
