If I switch to ScottishPower as a Small Business customer, will you guide me through the transfer process and keep me updated?
Absolutely. As soon as your application is accepted, we'll begin the registration process. This can take 4 to 6 weeks and is usually made up of four stages: 1. Application: We review your application and check it against the information we receive from your current supplier. 2. Registration: We send a request to your current supplier, so that we can start the transfer process. 3. Billing Set-up: We'll ask you for your Opening Meter Readings so we can set up your new account with us. 4. On Supply: Once your account has been set up, we'll officially welcome you as a new ScottishPower customer. If for any reason there is an issue with your transfer we will let you know as soon as possible.
