Once you've cleared any outstanding balance on your account, you can call one of our trained customer service advisers on 0845 272 7000 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm). Have your ScottishPower account number and meter readings to hand when you call
