I'm a Small Business customer. Can I cancel a new sales application before my supply is transferred?

Typically no, because we don't operate a cooling off period for business customers. If your circumstances have changed significantly, however, and the transfer can still be stopped, we'll see if we can help. Otherwise, you'll have to pay us for the energy you use during your period of supply with us. New business customers remain on our supply until the Earliest Termination Date detailed in their contract at least. You will also have to ask another supplier to transfer your supply to them.
