Does ScottishPower have a special tariff for vulnerable customers?

We aim to meet the needs of all our customers, by offering a tailored service for those customers who have disabilities or other special needs and advice for people who are having difficulties paying their energy bills. Customers can take our Savings Challenge to ensure they are getting the best deal they can from ScottishPower. We maintain our Priority Services Register for customers with special circumstances and can offer advice and assistance to any customer who tells us they are having payment difficulties. For vulnerable older customers on certain qualifying benefits, our Fresh Start tariff combines lower prices with energy efficiency and income maximisation advice.
