What is the Monthly Direct Debit scheme?
This is a way of spreading the cost of your annual energy usage over calculated monthly payments. You pay an amount each month by Direct Debit through your bank. This amount can vary from quarter to quarter, depending on your consumption pattern. You don't receive a bill, but you will get an annual statements should your DD need to increase, or for 'information only' if your reassessment confirms the DD value is correct.
