If I am affected by the price increase, do I have a right to cancel?

Yes, you can notify us that you wish to cancel your agreement up until 1st August 2011. You must arrange an alternative supply.

Once you sign up with a new supplier, they will contact us to request your supply. If we receive the request from your new supplier within 15 working days, we will not apply the price increase or cancellation fee for your product (if applicable).

If you have an outstanding debt, we may object to your supply leaving us, but we will give you time to pay the debt and leave us without incurring the increased prices.
