Can I pay my bill by Standing Order?
Yes, but you'll have to set this up with your bank or building society and change the amount of your monthly payments whenever we ask you to, otherwise you may build up a debt. To request a Standing Order mandate, please Contact Us. Alternatively, you can pay by Direct Debit. This is the most convenient way to pay and any changes to your monthly payment amount are made automatically (we will of course tell you in advance).
