We suggest that you copy and paste the password from our email directly onto the relevant section of the log in page for our online service.
To copy and paste the password, the following procedure can be used with most PC and Apple Mac computers:
You can reset your password.
If the email address we hold on record has changed, you will need to log into your account using the old email address and change it by clicking on 'Amend Details' on the 'My account details' screen.
You can log into your online account.
Please note that if you have recently left us and your account has been closed, you have up to 28 days from the date the account is closed in which you can view your account.
