Why isn't my meter reading being accepted online?
Several things could have happened. If your meter reading starts with one or more zeros, make sure you've included them. For example, enter 00123.
- If your meter was changed recently, we may not have updated your account yet. This can take up to 45 days.
- If your last few bills have been estimated, your current reading may not match the estimated reading. Please Contact Us to have your account reviewed and, if necessary, amended. Once this has been done, you should be able to enter your own readings.
- The actual meter readings may be wrong. Please send us your current meter readings using Contact Us
- There may have been a recent change to your account (related to your package, payment method or tariff). Please Contact Us and ask us to review and, if necessary, update your account so that you can enter meter readings in future.
