I've received an email asking me to submit my meter readings, but I don't remember giving a password when I applied to switch to ScottishPower. How do I login?
If you don't have the password you gave us or received when you signed up for an online account, please click on Forgotten Password.
Type the email address you use to login in the space provided and then click ‘Submit'. We'll email you a password (this usually takes up to 2 hours to arrive).
Please note that if you enter your password incorrectly more than 3 times, your account will be locked. To unlock your account, or if you have not received our email with your password, please call our Customer Services team on 0845 270 0700 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 1pm ) .
