How do I change my Online Energy Service password?
If you're an online energy customer, simply login to your account at www.scottishpower.co.uk/myaccount and click on ‘Amend Details' on the ‘My account details' page. Enter your new password in the two spaces provided and click on ‘Update' to save it.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting www.scottishpower.co.uk/forgottenpassword
