When should I tell you that I’m moving home?
Please let us know at least 7 days in advance. Using our online Moving Home Service, you can give us your final meter readings and forwarding address in just a few minutes - simply go to Moving House. Alternatively, call us on 0845 272 7000 - choose the option for 'Moving Home' (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 1pm )
