I've moved home – when will I get my final bill?
If you've provided us with an actual meter reading from the day of your move, we'll send you a final bill promptly and you should receive it within 7 days. Otherwise, it will usually take up to two weeks. You can call us with your meter reading(s) up to a few days after moving out if you want to try and ensure your final bill is accurate. Don't assume that the new person moving in will provide a meter reading. It's always best to take the final meter reading(s) and provide us with them yourself.
