What information will I need to tell you if I’m moving home?
You'll need to give us: The date you're moving out of your old home - The final meter readings at your old home. The address of your new home; and the first meter readings from your new home - You can do this in a few minutes using our online Moving House. Alternatively, call us on 0845 272 7000 - choose the option for 'Moving Home' (lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm & Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm)
