How do I tell you that I’m moving home?

Call 0845 2700 700 - choose the option for 'Moving Home' (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm) at least seven days before you move to tell us where you're moving from and give us your new address.

You'll need to provide us with a meter reading so we can prepare a final bill for your old property. If you're a prepayment customer, we'll need  to change over your account and deliver a prepayment meter to your new address. Alternatively, you can complete your details online at Moving House.
