What happens if I wish to cancel the Unifi system, will this impact the account?
The Unifi System is included within the Unifi Capped Energy April 2013 Offer.
As long as you are on the Unifi Capped service package for both fuels you can use the Unifi System, including the Unifi Website. We may apply cancellation charges to if you cancel the Agreement or switch to another of our product(s) before 31st March 2013.
The cancellation charge is currently a maximum of £151, inclusive of VAT at the current rate, which will reduce by £4.21 each month from May 2011 (for the Unifi System element of the charge). The cancellation charge will reduce by a further £20 if you only cancel your electricity supply or £30 if you only cancel your gas supply.
