When will my boiler cover contract actually start?
If you have signed up for standalone boiler care, cover will start once the first Direct Debit payment is taken.
If you are an existing ScottishPower customer who has moved to Platinum Fixed from another of our energy deals, cover will start approximately 2 weeks after the date you changed your product.
If you are a new ScottishPower customer who has switched to ScottishPower ‘s Platinum Fixed Offer from another energy supplier, cover will start approximately 2 weeks after your energy supply starts with us.
