How often should I read my meter?
A meter reader will call at least once a year and the readings may be used to generate a bill. If you're an Online Energy Service customer, we ask you to provide your own meter readings via the website at least once every 90 days. However, your meter still needs to be checked and read by a meter reader at least once a year for safety and regulatory reasons. You'll find details of how to read your meter here:
