I'm having problems paying my bill

If you're experiencing problems paying your bill, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss one of our many payment plans which can spread the cost of your energy and work out cheaper for you.

 

Direct Debit

Why not opt for our monthly direct debit and spread the cost of your energy monthly as one fixed amount. We'll even contact you should the amount change depending on your energy usage. This is our cheapest budget payment method. Please ask for our best direct debit offer available when you contact us.

Prepayment

Another option are our prepayment meters which we can install for you free of charge. Paying via prepayment is actually a cheaper option than our standard quarterly tariff. This also allows you to budget for your energy usage as you only put in the meter what you use. The prepayment meter can also be set to recover any outstanding balance you may have at a rate you can realistically afford.

We have also introduced a Homevend facility, which means if you have access to the internet at home, and a debit or credit card*, you can add credit to your prepayment meter without leaving your home.
