Can I pay my bill over the phone?

Yes, you can use our automated payment facility to pay your bill with a debit/credit card. Please call 0845 270 0162 to make your payment - this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There's no need to speak to a customer services adviser. All you need is your debit/credit card and bank details together with your account number shown on your bill.
