I haven't had a bill for a while. Is anything wrong?

If you've joined us recently and haven't had a bill or you're a direct debit customer and haven't received a bill from us in the last 12 months, please contact us. If you pay for your energy by weekly or monthly cash, and haven't received a bill in over 3 months, please also contact us.  If you're a business customer and haven't received an invoice in the last fourteen weeks, please contact us.
