How can I find out my latest account balance?
Simply call 0845 270 0700 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm) and select the ‘check your account balance’ option. Please note that this service isn't available for prepayment customers. If you've recently opted to leave ScottishPower, you can still obtain details about your final account by selecting the ‘progress of your account’ option.
