If you have an online account your account balance is shown on the Account balance & bill information screen, which can be viewed once you have logged in. Please note that your balance may include payments made after your last bill.
To view your most recent statement, access the View my bill & payment history option and click on the amount that is underlined.
If for any reason you cannot see your balance, or you do not have an online account, you can contact us by email by clicking here. Alternatively, you can call our automated service on 0845 2700 162 open 24 hours a day all year and select balance option. Please note that this service is not available for prepayment customers.
