What else can I do in Manage your paper bill?

With standard online access, you can:

  • Enter meter readings.
  • Enter your meter readings online to create a new bill, based on your actual meter readings.
  • View a history of your bills and payments with us.
  • You can access a summary of your previous bills and the payments you've made.

The history shows the date and value of each bill, as well as enabling you to view the actual bills themselves. We'll store a maximum of 14 months' bill and payments history. Change your service.

  • You could change your payment method (for example, from debit card to monthly Direct Debit) or your energy package (for example, from Online Energy Standing Charge to Online Energy No Standing Charge - if available) online in just a few minutes.
  • Moving home. - If you're moving home, you can give us all the information we'll need to process this change. This will include: - The date you're leaving your current home. - Meter readings for your current home on the day you move out. - Your new address; and - The first meter readings from your new home. Don't worry if you don't have all this information to hand at first. You can give us the details you have now and complete the rest later. We'll process your change of address once you've given us all the information.
  • Your details. You can use this section to change the email address and password you use to login to 'My Account'. You can also change your telephone number, title and tell us whether or not you'd like to receive marketing information from us.

To advise of a change of name, following a marriage, please call one of our advisors on 0845 2700 700 , Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 1pm, and they will amend your account for you.
