The meter reader called while I was out. How can I give you my meter readings?
You can enter your meter readings online using our My Account service. You may have to register for this service if you haven't done so already. If you submit your up-to-date meter readings before your next bill is created, we'll use them to calculate your bill. You can also call to provide your reads by calling our automated 24 hour number on 0800 027 8000.
