I'm leaving ScottishPower. Do you need my final meter reading?
You should give the reading to your new supplier, who will then forward it on to us. For your own peace of mind, you can give your reading directly to us but a final bill won't be produced until your new supplier has sent us the reading they'll be using to start your new account.
