How do I provide you with a correct meter reading?
You can do this in several ways - be sure to have your meter readings and account number to hand: You could use our meter readings telephone number: 0800 027 8000 (Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week).
To enter your meter readings online, login to My Account and click on the ‘Enter meter readings & create a bill' link. Enter your current meter reading(s) in the space(s) provided and click on ‘Submit'. Simple.
