Can I get a copy of a bill?
Yes, just ask us and we'll normally send you a copy of a bill free of charge. If the bill is more than 12 months old, there will be an administration fee of £35.00, plus a charge of £5 for each additional bill. It may be easier to sign up to manage your account online.
