What is my annual consumption?
Your annual consumption is the amount of energy you've used over a period of 12 months. If you're an Online Energy Service customer, you can view a graph and table of your consumption broken down by previous bill periods. If not, you can work out your annual consumption simply by adding up your last four quarterly bills. To sign up for standard online access and see this information in graphical/tabular form, click on the Manage Your Account Online link and register for the standard online access service.
