I've received an estimated bill through the post. How can I give you my actual meter readings?
You can enter your meter readings online using our online energy service. You may have to register for this service if you haven't done so already.
If you submit your up-to-date meter readings before your next bill is created, we'll use them to calculate your bill.
If you don't have an online account, you could use our free** phone meter readings number: 0800 027 8000 (Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week).
** Calls to 0800 numbers are free from landlines however charges for 0800 calls from Mobiles may vary - please contact your Mobile Phone service provider for information on call charges
