Yes, you can call us with your meter reading on 0845 270 0700. This is an easy to use, 24-hour automated service. Or, if you're an Online Energy Service customer, simply login to your account and enter your meter readings there. Please note that your actual reading may be used to create a revised bill, but it won't necessarily change the way we calculate any adjustments to future bills.
