If you do not have a bill to hand, you can find the account number on the 'My account details' page if you have an online energy account.
To log into your online account please visit www.scottishpower.co.uk/myaccount
If you have forgotten your password for your online account, you can reset it by following the instructions here.
If you are still unable to access your online account, you must contact us by telephone and correctly answer a number of security questions to allow us to disclose account details and issue you with a new password.
