How will I know if I have been selected for Warm Home Discount?
Core Group - You will receive a letter from Department of Work & Pensions before the end of the year. Your electricity supplier will apply the payment directly to your electricity account.
Broader Group - You will need to apply for a payment under the Broader Group if you meet the eligibility criteria. Any payment to be made to you will be applied to your electricity account before 31st March 2012 and will show on your next bill as Warm Home Discount.
